NAMEGIVING CEREMONY
Do you want to name your child? Or do you want to change your own name? Namegiving is more than just a ceremony, it is an ancient tradition that is equally beautiful whether the person being named is young or old.
We have two different namegiving ceremonies, one for children up to 16 years old and one for young people from 16 years old and adults.
Namegiving of children (under 16 years):
Is done in consultation with guardians. We have a ready-made ceremony, if the guardians wish to make the ceremony more personalised, we are of course sensitive to this. The child, parents and sponsor´s are always in focus. The guardians have chosen the location.
Namegiving of young people (from 16 years) and adults:
This is done in consultation with the person concerned. We have a ready-made ceremony, but if the person concerned wishes to personalise the ceremony, we are of course sensitive to this. The person to be named is always in focus.
The person to be named has chosen the location.
Other information:
Consumables such as marshals, mead etc. are not covered by NAS/NAC, this is the responsibility of the person ordering the service.
Accommodation costs relate to food and any overnight stays in hostels/hostels.
The price for travel expenses follows the guidelines of the Swedish Tax Agency.

Price details:
For members:
500 SEK
+ travelling and possible accommodation costs.
When one of the guardians has renewed their membership at least once.
For non-members:
2500 SEK
+ travelling and possible accommodation costs.
