The Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-Circle Sweden has overall responsibility for the design of ceremonies, oaths, oblations and other religious\/faith-based matters.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The assignments in Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

One of the most important tasks that the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle has is the design of the guidelines that govern how bl\u00f3t kindreds should work within NAS\/NAC, this document is a living document that should follow its time and changes in order to be able to function in our society without diminishing our right to religious practice. A clear example of the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle following our time is that at the beginning of the pandemic, the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle made major changes that were incorporated into the framework so that all bl\u00f3t kindreds, regardless of where they were in the world, could take the precautions that the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle required, these precautions have now been partially relaxed again in the framework. <\/p>\n\n

The guidelines for bl\u00f3t kindreds are the most important part of the society\u2019s brand and there are thousands of hours of work behind that document.<\/p>\n\n

The other major part of the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle is the design of all our ceremonies and blots, where very small adjustments are made.Our work is to take care of all these texts and, with some exceptions, to edit them, a typical example being the rephrasing of sentences to make it easier for the officiant to understand the meaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle also works on developing ceremonies that are not yet fixed, which is a very creative and fun job that takes up a lot of time in the organisation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle is also working on developing training stages for all NAS\/NAC officiants stages such as bl\u00f3tofficiant, ceremonial officiant, go\u00f0i and gy\u00f0ja. This means, among other things, what kind of previous experience the person needs in order to start a training programme, but also how long the person must work in one stage in order to start the next stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle also looks at the literature that should form the basis for the various stages and here it can change over time if new knowledge or new translations that seem to be more suitable for the training stage, the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle also determines what requirements apply to the various tests for each stage of training.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Those who work in the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle do so for several different reasons, but all of them are convinced that they contribute something good for Asatru that will lead to the Asatru being more accepted in society.<\/p>\n\n

The people who have their obvious place in the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle are Go\u00f0ar and Gy\u00f0jur, followed by District Bl\u00f3t Responsibles, Bl\u00f3t Kindred Leaders and Expert Advisors.<\/p>\n\n

What is the same for all those who have a membership in the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle is that they have the right to vote and speak, what distinguishes the National Bl\u00f3t Responsible from the other members is his right of veto, this has never been used before and should not be done but is included as a tool in very difficult situations.<\/p>\n\n

National Bl\u00f3t Responsible (NBR) and Vice National Bl\u00f3t Responsible (Vice NBR):<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The National Bl\u00f3t Responsible has the task of leading all the different areas that the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle will work with and represents its voice in the NAS\/NAC Board when it comes to issues that require board decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Bl\u00f3t Responsible also carries the main responsibility for all bl\u00f3t kindreds connected to NAS\/NAC.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Vice National Bl\u00f3t Responsible is tasked with assisting the National Bl\u00f3t Responsible with his\/her work within the Go\u00f0i\/Gy\u00f0ja-circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the absence of the National Bl\u00f3t Responsible at any time, the Vice National Bl\u00f3t Responsible takes over his\/her duties.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
